 personal virtual wig consultation service:

• Step 1:   Reach out to us!

  • Click the link below and visit our "Contact Us" page to reach out to us by  phone, email or text.  Let us know you are interested in booking an online virtual wig consultation.

• Step 2: We will contact you!

  • To help us best determine what wig will be the best option for you we will ask you some questions relating to your hair goals, lifestyle, budget and needs

  • We will request you send a photo of yourself with your biological hair which captures your hair color and style this and will help us determine the best options for us to present to you

  • We will discuss the type of hair loss i.e. loss due to cancer treatments, alopecia or other

  • In order to secure a consultation time payment for the consultation is required. If you decide to purchase a wig from us we will deduct the consultation fee from your purchase.

  • We can then provide details on when to connect with us online.

  • You will connect with us via FaceTime or Zoom whichever is most convenient for you. You can download the Zoom app on your iPad, desktop or iPhone or Android. Please download this prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Step 3:   Online Personal Virtual Consultation:

  • At your scheduled time you will connect with you online

  • Once connected, together we will measure area of hair loss and/or head

  • Determine which fiber and cap construction will be best suited to your  lifestyle

  • Determine which color would be best suited for you

  • Review care and styling instructions of styles discussed

  • Arrange for products to be sent to you (including care products and necessary accessories if needed)

  • A follow up consultation will be scheduled directly after your products arrive

• Step 4:   Online Personal Virtual Consultation Review of Products:

  • Review products & try on together

  • Make a selection that best suits you

  • Walk through how to make the product look most natural

  • Review care products and care regimen

  • Review how to use accessories if any

  • Discuss if and what will be returned and our returns process

    • There is a $16 return/restocking fee for products being sent back

    • All products that are being returned may be sent back within 10 business days or it will not be valid for return.

• Step 5:   The Follow Up

  • We will reach out approximately 2 weeks our 2nd consultation to follow up to see if you have any questions or concerns and to review care instructions again.
